PAYMENT FOR SERVICES The Client will prepay for the performance of services online via the AG website [http://www.AccelerationGateway.org/contact]. The Client will pay an agreed upon fee to Acceleration Gateway (AG) Speaker for the Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Fee”), of which at least half (½) is due within 10 days of signing of this agreement and the remaining (½) of the fee is to be paid to the Speaker within 72 hours (3 days) of the speaking engagement and/or before the Speaker is to begin travel to destination of scheduled speaking engagement, whichever comes first. AG will invoice the Client once this agreement has been signed and submitted. A receipt will be sent to the Client after each payment is processed. A notification will be sent via email when the Client has paid total amount due. The Client has the option to pay 100% of the fee in a single payment after signing of agreement and within the 10-day period. CANCELLATION POLICY The Client may cancel for any reason without penalty within 15 days of signing of this agreement. Until notice a formal, written of cancellation is received by the AG and cancellation is finalized, this agreement will continue and the Client is responsible for paying for said service or services. To cancel, the Client must notify the Acceleration Gateway utilizing one of the following methods: • Email: [contact@accelerationgateway.org] • Web: [http://www.AccelerationGateway.org/contact] • Phone (Call -AG Representative or Leave a Voicemail): [903-698-6998] In addition, the Client must complete and submit a Cancellation Request form. Late Cancellation. Cancellations are considered “late” when the Client does not cancel at least [15] days prior to signing of this agreement. Late cancellations will result in the Client forfeiting 50% of the total price of the scheduled service or event. Failure to Cancel. Cancellations are considered “failure to cancel” when the Client does not cancel at least [10] days prior to the scheduled event. Acceleration Gateway reserves the right to bill the Client for services for events in which the Client failed to Cancel or did not cancel within the 10-day threshold, even if the Speaker does not provide services. The Client will forfeit 100% of the price of the scheduled service, appointment, or event. The entire policy will be sent to the client to review and sign once they have completed the request to book the speaker.
