Política de cancelación

The Client may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying the Acceleration Gateway (AG) at least [10] days before their scheduled service, appointment, or reservation time. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and the Client is responsible for paying for said service or services. To cancel and/or reschedule, the Client must notify and/or contact AG utilizing one of the following methods: Email: contact@AccelerationGateway.org Web: http://www.AccelerationGatewat.org/contact Phone: 903-698-6998 Cancellations are considered “late” when the client does not cancel or reschedule at least [10] days before the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations and/or late rescheduling will result in the Client forfeiting 50% of the total price of the scheduled service or event. If AG cancels a scheduled reservation, AG will immediately notify the client, work with the Client to reschedule the reservation, or offer a full refund.
