Cancellation Policy

Single / Individual Sessions: The Client may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying the Coach at least [48] hours before their scheduled service, appointment, or reservation time. Until notice of cancellation is received by us, and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and the Client is responsible for paying for said service or services. To cancel and/or reschedule, the Client must notify and/or contact the Coach utilizing one of the following methods: • Email: contact@AccelerationGateway.org • Web: http://www.AccelerationGatewat.org/contact Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered “late” when the client does not cancel or reschedule at least [48] hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the client forfeiting 50% of the total price of the scheduled service or event. Missed Appointments: The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting.
